Job Summary
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience with at least 2 years in property management or real estate.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Yardi or similar).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or similar certification.
- Experience with commercial property management.
- Familiarity with tax regulations related to real estate.
