Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
* Perform vehicle diagnostics and guide technicians on complex repairs.
* Conduct quality checks and final inspection of serviced vehicles.
* Support service advisors with technical clarifications for customers.
* Lead train and supervise technicians to improve technical skills.
* Ensure adherence to OEM service standards and workshop SOPs.
* Coordinate with OEM technical teams for updates warranty and service campaigns.
* Manage warranty claims job cards and technical documentation.
* Monitor workshop performance metrics like TAT CSI and productivity.
* Maintain tools equipment and ensure safety standards in the workshop.
