Requirements
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Analyst with strong exposure to S/4HANA implementations focused on Finance (FI) and Project Systems (PS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on involvement during the build phase of implementation projects and will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality client solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Play a key role in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects supporting end-to-end delivery with a focus on Finance and Project Systems (PS) modules.
Participate actively in the build phase including:
Gathering business requirements
Designing and creating Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
Performing system configuration in SAP S/4HANA
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient solution design.
Support and execute unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Analyze and resolve configuration and functional issues identified during testing.
Prepare and deliver presentations demos and walkthroughs for client stakeholders.
Participate in client-facing discussions workshops and status calls to communicate progress and clarify requirements.
Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices and project governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Project Systems (PS) modules.
Hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation or roll-out projects.
Proven expertise in:
Build phase activities
Functional specification creation
Configuration and testing
Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes in Finance and Project-based accounting.
Exposure to integration points between FI PS CO and other SAP modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in client-facing roles or consulting environments.
Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology.
Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery models.
SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance or Project Systems is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting global clients or multi-country implementations.
Understanding of reporting tools such as SAP Fiori apps S/4 Embedded Analytics or SAP BW integration.

Required Skills:
Analyst with experience in S4 HANA implementations for client deliverables in Finance and PS area. The candidate should possess build phase exposure including developing Functional Specifications performing configuration and conducting testing. Strong presentation skills for client calls are preferable.
Required Education:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or related field.
