Job Summary
- Deliver engaging curriculum-compliant Mathematics instruction to students in Classes VI to X.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the CBSE Board syllabus and contemporary pedagogical approaches.
- Utilize diverse teaching strategiessuch as visual aids real-life applications and digital toolsto deepen conceptual understanding.
- Conduct regular assessments through tests assignments projects and formative evaluations; provide timely meaningful feedback.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide targeted support to help all students succeed.
- Collaborate with teaching teams on interdisciplinary projects and school-wide academic initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of school-based assessments teaching resources and extracurricular math activities (e.g. quizzes Olympiads).
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics (. or B.A. with Mathematics) and a Bachelor of Education (.) in Mathematics from a recognized university.
- Valid teaching certification as required by the Maharashtra State Board.
- 25 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level (Classes VIX).
- Deep understanding of mathematical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to young learners.
- Proficiency in digital teaching platforms and learning management systems (e.g. Google Classroom MS Teams LMS).
- Strong communication interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Flexibility to work across various branches in Maharashtra as needed by the organization.
