Job Summary

TheAdvertising & Media Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by selling the companys comprehensive media and advertising solutions. This role requires strong sales skills in-depth knowledge of digital media and the ability to build long-term influential client relationships. The ideal candidate will proactively identify new business opportunities present tailored proposals to meet client objectives and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Media Communications or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales within media advertising or digital marketing sectors.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets.
Strong negotiation persuasion and deal-closing skills.
Solid understanding of advertising solutions media buying strategies and digital/social media platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the capacity to engage high-profile clients.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance develop insights and propose optimization strategies.
Ability to manage multiple accounts prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Strong business acumen proactive approach and client-centric attitude.
Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
