Licensed Insurance CSR Agent
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Insurance CSR Agent to join a dynamic this role you will be responsible for expanding the book of business by selling a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and sales to thrive in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $40000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
- Develop and calculate suitable insurance plans tailored to clients needs.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Expand the companys business reach through effective networking techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all insurance standards and regulations.
- Monitor and identify areas for improvement to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in P&C insurance (required).
- Proven experience in insurance customer service or related fields.
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic dependability and a team-oriented mindset.
