We are currently looking for a Lean Process Engineer.
How will you contribute:
Reporting to the Lean Manager the candidate we are looking for will be in charge of the following activities:
Designing and implementing projects with the aim of reducing lead time and in general improving production KPIs
Driving and supporting the process of continuous improvement of the area
Analysis of times & methods
Analysing and optimizing current technical processes
Implementing projects of process automation
Promote a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of organization
Who you are:
2/3 years of professional experience gained in a similar role within structurd companies;
knowledge of the Lean methodology applied to manufacturing environments;
Masters degree in technical field preferably in Engineering;
Positive and proactive attitude strong organizational and time management skills;
Teamwork and good communicational skills;
Training and coaching skills;
Excellent computer skills proficient user of MS Office and of business management systems;
Fluent in Italian and English;
Lean certification is a plus.
