Work Hours:Full time- 40 Hours/week; Monday-Friday 0630-1500 On call and Holiday coverage required

Heres What You Need

Associate degree Nursing or Nursing Diplomarequired

BSN (Preferred)

1 Year Experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program (Required)

2 years of Experience as a registered nurse in the Operating Room

CVOR experience preferred

RN - Registered Nurse (Required upon hire)

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required upon hire)

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support(Upon hire preferred)

What You Will Do

Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process

OR RN Surgery Circulator duties and skills

Assesses the patient

Plans the care of the patient

Intervenes as appropriate

Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions

Incorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care.

Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant others need for information

Maintains continuity of patient care inter-shift inter-hospital and while expediting out of hospital transfers.
