The Role
The Growth Marketing Specialist will act as the central driver of strategic alignment across Financial Services Operations and Business Growth. This role is responsible for transforming clients Customer Experience (CX) accelerating growth and retention and ensuring operational excellence through innovative strategies and actionable plans.The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with a consultative background and a proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse cross-functional teams.Your responsibilities:Business Transformation & Growth Consultation- Develop and maintain a unified strategy that aligns operational efficiency with marketing and growth objectives.
- Serve as a thought leader introducing innovative ideas to enhance processes campaigns and customer engagement.
Executive Oversight- Partner with operations teams to identify and implement efficiency gains through process optimisation and technology adoption.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure measurable impact.
Marketing CX & Growth- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Develop retention strategies using data-driven insights and customer segmentation.
Stakeholder Management- Manage a diverse group of stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate actionable ideas for growth and retention.
Your ProfileEssential skills/knowledge/experience:- Deep expertise in at least two of the following areas: operations digital marketing or growth strategy.
- Proven experience in strategic leadership roles with a track record of driving growth initiatives leading organisational change and delivering process improvements.
- Ability to foster and nurture a fast-paced dynamic environment focused on delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and customer lifecycle management.
- Ability to leverage AI for automating and personalizing lifecycle interventions to enhance retention and revenue at scale
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: - Bachelors degree in marketing communications advertising business management or a related field.
- Background in consultancy and/or experience within Financial Services or other regulated industries.
- Expertise in digital transformation automation and data-driven decision-making.
- Extensiveexperience in consulting roles.
