Job Summary
The Leadership Development Associate will support the design coordination and delivery of leadership programs aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness. This role involves working directly with internal teams and program participants to ensure a seamless learning experience. Responsibilities
Assist in planning developing and implementing leadership training programs and workshops.
Collaborate with program managers to refine learning materials and ensure quality standards.
Support participant onboarding communications and program logistics.
Monitor program progress gather feedback and prepare reports for leadership teams.
Contribute to research on leadership trends best practices and professional development strategies.
Maintain organized documentation and ensure consistent program delivery.
