Manage the daily operations of the hotel during the assigned shift.
Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth and efficient guest services.
Monitor and resolve any issues or concerns raised by guests or staff in a timely manner.
Check guest arrivals and ensure that all guest requests are addressed accurately and promptly.
Support all staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and understand hotel services and facilities.
Manage and review room reservations check-ins and check-outs to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
Report any significant incidents or issues to the manager or management team.
Qualifications :
College degree in hotel management or related field
Previous experience in Front Office
Strong communication skills
Familiar with Front Office Systems
Fluent in English both verbal and written
