Job Summary
Job Title: Emergency Room RN (ER RN) Days Nights and Mids (Full-Time)
Location: Tallahassee FL
Shifts: Days Nights and Mids (Full-Time)
Salary Range: $51891.84 $74131.20 annually (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $10000 Days $15000 Nights

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an Emergency Room RN (ER RN) for an exciting full-time opportunity in Leon & Gadsden Counties FL. The RN will provide patient-centered care across the spectrum of emergency cases from minor injuries to critically ill patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Triage assess and treat patients of all ages
Develop individualized care plans with expected outcomes
Manage multiple cases simultaneously prioritizing patient needs
Provide follow-up care instructions and referrals as appropriate
Coordinate care with physicians and hospital departments
Maintain patient-focused care while ensuring safety and quality standards
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year recent Acute Care ER RN experience (Critical Care experience considered)
Current Florida RN license or multistate RN license (compact holders must obtain FL license within 60 days)
Associate Degree or RN Diploma
BLS certification prior to start
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days
ACLS or ACLS Instructor within 90 days
PALS or PALS Instructor within 90 days
