Job Summary

JOB TITLE: Full-Time Receptionist

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Greeting patients and visitors to the center. Document patient arrival in charting system. Complete pre-financial calls to patients prior to appointment. Provides support to business office team as needed. Responsible for performing daily tasks such as mail handling/processing answering phone and routing incoming calls and other similar duties using a computer and phone system.

Shift Assignment:
This position will have a set shift of Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm. Closed on weekends and all major holidays.

REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma required. Prior experience in a medical office setting of 2 years is required.
