JOB DESCRIPTION:

The scope of our contract is to bring assistance with a right-hand Project Associate (free up internal resources by taking ownership of clearly defined tasks or deliverables under direct supervision.) in the context of a major industrial investment program aimed at increasing the production capacity of a manufacturing facility through multiple technical packages (special equipment piping E&I civil works) ranging from several hundred thousand euros to several tens of millions.

The Key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate might include:

Supporting projects by facilitating communication between stakeholders and progress toward objectives:
- Handle expediting with suppliers to maintain progress on procurement activities.
- Manage supplier follow-ups to ensure contractual commitments advance as planned.
- Support the Project Manager for the budget management of the project.
- Manage the relationship with the engineering firm regarding operational planning.
- Manage invoice handling to maintain accurate financial tracking.
- Execute certain technical purchase orders autonomously with the Lead Process and Stability teams.

The experience we are actively looking for:
- First experience in expediting procurement support or project assistance in a technical or industrial environment.
- Ability to operate within large CAPEX project structures and interface with suppliers engineering partners and internal technical teams.
- Experience with purchase order follow-up invoice workflows or budget support is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site within fast-evolving project environments.
- An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic is a great start).
- Immediate availability is preferred.
