Registered Nurse (RN) PRN STATUS

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing services to work PRN SHIFTS as needed. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures

- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status

- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

- Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records

- Educate patients and their families about health management and post-discharge care

- Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

- Proven experience in a hospital setting preferred

- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts reliably

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism
