Responsibilities:

As the Director of Care Services RN RPN youll be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional care.

Your responsibilities include:

Leading and mentoring a team of nursing personnel to deliver high-quality care

Ensuring ongoing education and training for nursing staff and service providers

Collaborating with the senior management team to develop and implement corporate policies and procedures

Providing oversight for therapy services health & safety and infection prevention and control programs

Experience with RAI/MDS is a must!

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric nurse with a valid BC license

Previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting; preferably a residential care home

Familiarity with RAI/MDS and other relevant regulations

Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills

Passion for improving the lives of residents and supporting staff development
