Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Application Consultant to support clients in implementing configuring and optimizing enterprise software applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions ensuring seamless deployment and ongoing support of applications across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and align them with suitable software solutions

Customize and configure enterprise applications to meet client requirements

Lead implementation projects from planning to go-live and provide post-implementation support

Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to resolve application issues

Provide user training and create documentation for software usage and updates

Coordinate with development teams to recommend enhancements or bug fixes

Stay up-to-date with the latest in application development trends platforms and technologies

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget

Ensure all solutions comply with IT governance data security and compliance standards

Deliver high-quality service and build lasting relationships with clients

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field

Proven experience in application consulting software implementation or IT solutions

Strong knowledge of ERP CRM or industry-specific applications (SAP Oracle Salesforce etc.)

Excellent problem-solving and business analysis skills

Effective communication and project coordination abilities

Familiarity with integration tools and scripting languages is a plus

Ability to travel to client sites if required
