Job Summary
Role:
Lead a team of approximately 15 employees who own operate and manage the companys IT systems.
Motivate and create engagement among your employees as well as empower them to efficiently achieve common goals.
Develop and anchor a clear future vision and identify and address challenges in a constructive and inclusive manner along the way.
Be responsible for the interface with the business and suppliers for the services delivered by the group.
Build strong relationships with internal and external partiesyour ability to communicate collaborate influence and develop the business is crucial.
Report to the department manager and be part of the departments management team.
Essential requirements:
Documented leadership experience from previous managerial roles or other contexts where you have moved a team from one WOW (Way of Working) to a new WOW. And at the same time managed to motivate and develop people.
Extensive experience leading in complex organizations and are confident in handling different interests in a changing environment.
Experience in IT system management preferably in a larger organization with business-critical systems.
Knowledge of SAP GIS measurement and billing is meritorious but not required.
