Flemish Telesales Representative BARCELONA

We are looking for an experienced Flemish-speaking Telesales Representative to join our dynamic this role you will contact potential customers who have already shown interest in security solutions but did not sign during the initial visit. Your mission: re-engage offer tailored discounts and convert interest into commitment all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Tasks

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers who previously met with a salesperson but did not sign.
• Present compelling offers and discounts to encourage conversion.
• Manage the full telesales cycle: re-engagement needs analysis objection handling closing and post-sale coordination.
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships remotely.
• Adapt structured scripts to customer needs while maintaining compliance.
• Handle objections professionally and close deals efficiently.
• Track and report on sales performance and KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales (required) ideally in roles involving persuasion and structured scripts.
• Strong command of telesales techniques: script adherence objection handling and closing.
• Ability to hold engaging conversations and maintain customer attention.
• Commercial mindset: challenge-driven performance-oriented and results-focused.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; able to quickly build trust.
• Fluent in Flemish; French is a plus but not mandatory.
