Audio-Video support engineer On-site The Hague (Freelancing)

This job opening is for freelancers only. Range is between 30 Euro to 32 Euro per hr (VAT excluded).

This position is on-site in The Hague.

Tasks

Skills:

• Broad knowledge of all kinds of AV equipment used in multimedia conference meeting rooms.
• IT knowledge sufficient to successfully perform the required activities.
• Familiarity with live video production tools good knowledge of Adobe Creative suite for editing purposes.
• Ability to track down faults up to component level is therefore able to address malfunctions effectively to the service provider.
• Confident in participating in technical assistance such as guiding presenters in online hybrid and live events.
• Strong knowledge of MS Teams MSTeams live events Zoom Slido.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and service oriented.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Good German communication skills may prove useful.

Requirements

Experience:

• Technical AV support to all meeting rooms A/V installation work
• First line support troubleshooting AV meeting rooms.
• AV support for EPO events.
• Installation of temporary AV installations (events receptions any other occasion whether AV is required).
• Recording and editing of live (online) events training sessions interviews
• Support for Oral Proceedings:
• Recording of witness hearings (edit and upload to OpenText).
• Assistance in inspection sessions during online Oral Proceedings hearings (including hands on assistance with physical object being inspected)
• Assistance to interpreters during Zoom meetings.
• Coordinate maintenance of hardware with the maintenance provider.
• Pro-active maintenance (regular checks).
• iPad support during event including logistics clean up and reconfiguration.
• Operation of Azure streaming.
• Video-directing of live and hybrid events.
• Implementation and support of Zoom meetings for large events.
• Implementation and support of MS Teams for large events.
• Implementation and support of MS Live Events based on Teams meeting.
• Implementation of Slido events Slido moderator training and support.

• Small meeting rooms with presentation possibilities (up to 8 persons)
• Small video conferencing rooms (Neatbar) (up to 8 persons) *
• Large video conferencing rooms (Neatbar Pro) (up to 18 persons) *
• Small training rooms (12 persons presentation possibilities)
• PC training rooms (dual screen presentation up to 20 participant places)
• Large training rooms (dual screen presentation flexible seating up to 50 persons)
• Multimedia meeting rooms (conference system interpreter booths video conference camera robotics 20-50 seats)
• Large conference rooms (conference system camera robotics video production audio amplification wireless microphones DCN voting system SDI matrix Crestron DM matrix Analog Way video processing video conference hybrid adapted)
• Hybrid rooms (conference system interpreter booths audio recording presentation possibilities)
• Studios (camera audio and light setup for setup for all kinds of live support to Oral Proceedings; so-called inspection)
