Job Summary
SAP Cloud ALM - Delivery assurance
Description:
The role will play an active role in accelerating the Schneider Electric
Global Monitoring platform and will contribute to the Schneider Digital
initiatives for enhancing monitoring automation and accelerating
implementation application monitoring and awareness of the possible
failure points across the E2E architecture & impact if these failures
were to happen expected notification communication action and action
owners - readiness to manage planned mitigation. This role will be
exposed to a global work culture collaborating with different business
units of Schneider Electric.
Responsibilities:
- Independent thinker who is naturally curious about how process and
systems work understands the importance of planning before starting
a new project able to effectively execute the plan think out of
the box solutions to remove roadblocks and keeps stakeholders and
project members well-connected with status milestones and
challenges faced
- Collaboration with Global stakeholders for Business requirement and
deployment strategies.
- Collaborate / Coordinate with support/project teams technology
teams and Ops teams to drive projects / programs / initiatives to
successful completion.
- Track progress against defined goals / milestones and communicate
updates across all levels in Operations Program.
- Actively look out for opportunities for process improvement remove
process redundancies and enhance quality of output for systems and
people.
- Ensure that relevant documentation plans reports etc. related to
assignments are maintained and shared with project teams
stakeholders and Leadership
Qualifications: - B.E / B Tech/MASTERS IN COMPUTER SCIENCE Electronics Relevant technical Certification
Technology Skills and Project Experience:
Skills Summary: SAP Cloud ALM Solman 7.2
SAP Application Support- SAP S4Hana S4Hana Cloud Datasphere SAP
Integration Suite (CPI) SAP BTP and other cloud services
- Experienced in monitoring complex SAP landscapes with heterogeneous
system integrations
- Experienced in setting up SAP Cloud ALM environment Mandatory
Configurations etc.
- Experienced with different E2E Business Processes and monitoring
setup
- Expertise in Integration and Exception monitoring setup for SAP and
Non-SAP applications
- Setting up of Health Monitoring Real User Monitoring and other
monitoring features
- E2E Monitoring setup across SAP and non-SAP components
- Integration of Cloud ALM with ticketing tools like Service Now etc.
- Good to have Open Telemetry experience/Knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP CHARM Test Management functionalities and
workflow.
- SAP functional and ABAP knowledge
Typical tasks:
- All type of monitoring setup in SAP Cloud ALM and Solman
- BPMON dashboards
- Cross Database Comparison
- BPMON Capabilities
- Alerting
- End-to-End Monitoring setup
- EWA setup and troubleshooting
- Setting up SAP support
- Setting up monitoring objects
- Reports/Custom monitoring KPIs
- Business Process Analytics
Business / Soft Skills:
- Must have solid presentation communication (on complex technical
solutions) and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with globally dispersed stakeholders
from business.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-driven mindset Ability to clearly communicate complex
business problems and technical solutions.
- Ability to manage and make decisions about competing priorities and
resources.
- Ability to delegate where appropriate
