We are currently seeking an EMEA Retail and Business Analysis Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute:
Supporting the Forecast and budget process collaborating with other departments by collecting and providing information needed
Supporting Finance & Business performance in calculating Retail Financial KPIs (Sales density Staff productivity)
Supporting in preparing the monthly Business performance review vs HQ
Analyzing retail stores performance (ranking positioning competitors)
Monitoring targets and commissions performance vs LY and Budget
Who you are:
Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in Economics Finance or a related field
Passionate about fashion and customer centric with interest for retail and an omnichannel approach
Attention to detail effective communication natural empathy with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
Flexibility and adaptability
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Fluent written and spoken English essential
Strong PC (Excel Word PowerPoint) and analytical skills
