Internship Category Management IT & Gaming

What will you do

As an intern within our Category Management IT & Gaming team you will support the optimisation and commercial performance of several product categories across both online and offline channels. Youll work in a fast-paced environment where data consumer behaviour and commercial decision-making come together. We are looking for an enthusiastic Category Management Intern to join our IT & Gaming team at MediaMarkt fromFebruary to July.

You will be involved in tasks such as:

• Supporting online category optimisation for assortments such as Networking Computer Mice & Keyboards Storage and more
• Contributing to an offline project aimed at improving our in-store shelf layout and customer flow
• Assisting with B2B-related activities (e.g. Windows Pro laptops)
• Preparing reports and presentations in English for management
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement

Who are you

• You are currently studying Business Administration Marketing or a related field (HBO/WO or equivalent)

• You have strong analytical skills and commercial awareness

• You work accurately independently and enjoy taking initiative

• You are comfortable communicating in English; Dutch is preferred

• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment
