We are seeking aNational SalesExecutive to join our high-performingsales team. This roleisfocused on driving new business growthwithin theconstruction verticaland our certified payroll reporting productsbymanaging andexpandingnew and existingrelationships with mid-market and enterprise accounts.
WhatYoullBe Doing:
Own the full sales cycle: Qualify inbound leads run product demos build proposals and negotiate contracts
Creating andgrowdemand generationby partner in collaboration with marketingbyleveragingour formal partnership and creating value with our software to close prospects together.
Develop and execute account strategies foracquiringand growing mid-market and enterprise clientswithin the construction vertical
Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers evaluating integrations with UKG Workday and other leading HCM platforms
Manage a robust pipeline ofprospects at various stages in the buying cyclewith a focus ontimelyfollow-up and conversionand forecasting sales close-won timelines
Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
Providecustomer sourcedfeedbacktoproduct development influencing theroadmap
Driveaccuratesales and partner demandforecasting and CRM hygiene inHubspotand other internal systems
Stay current on industryand competitortrends in payroll HCM and compliance to bring relevant insights to your prospects
What We Are Looking For:
A consultative solution-oriented sales professional who can build trust withmidmarket and enterpriseprospects and guide them through complex buying decisions
Asavvycollaborative professional whodevelopstrusted relationshipswith our keypayrollreferralpartners andbroadensinbound demand
Self-motivated adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic fast-growing environment
Data-driven salesprofessionalwhousesdata to forecast quarterly sales and demand leads from partners.
Someone who is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communicator with the confidence to present to senior executives
Qualifications:
5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts
2 years of experience sellingpayroll HCM and/or construction software into the construction vertical; certified payroll or prevailing wage experience highly preferred
Strong presentation and communication skills; you can clearly articulate value and tailor messaging to executive-level audiences
Proven experience and accuracy in pipeline management sales forecasting and CRM usage
Nice to have: Proven success working with or selling solutions that integrate with UKG ADP Workday Quickbooks or other major HCM/payroll platforms
Nice to have: Familiarity withHubspotorsimilar salesengagement tools

For thispositionthe base salary range is $75000.00-$95000.00 per year plus additional variable compensation through our commission plan. Final compensation determinations will reflect your unique experience skills andthe responsibilitiesof the role.
