Leidos Digital Modernization sector is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to support the configuration and infrastructure of the USCIS Enterprise Automation & Unified Task Orchestration (eAUTO) contractdelivering 247 IT services that integrate automation cloud hosting and unified communications for 30000 endusers. The Change Management Lead governs every production change moving through USCIS enterprise environments. As VCAB Chair and process owner the lead enforces ITIL standards automates approval workflows and delivers granular analytics that balance velocity and risk for hundreds of monthly changes.
Primary responsibilities
Overall responsibility for managing the CM team priority status and deliverables minister the enterprise Change Management program and interface with DHS ICCB.
Conduct daily Virtual CABs achieving 99 % same-day processing and automate VCAB minutes in ServiceNow.
Generate weekly and quarterly change-volume metrics; integrate CM oversight into AWS resources.
Review/approve CRs in ServiceNow/ServiceHUB within 17-day SLA.
Support break-fix/emergency changes.
Basic qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other relevant degree 4 years team lead or equivalent experience in enterprise Information Technology (IT) Change Management metrics and reporting IT Service Management (ITSM) process management or other relevant experience required with strong skills in the use of Service Management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
ITIL certification required or the ability to obtain within 12 months
Knowledge of ITIL framework required
Expertise in integrating technical process workflows within current and future Change Management (CM) automation required
Experience developing written functional documentation and training materials
Demonstrated leadership experience implementing and improving IT processes
Experience providing direction on implementing and maintaining internal change management policies procedures and associated training plans
Proven ability to work closely with the business community as well as technical resources in a tactful manner
DHS Public Trust Security Clearance
Preferred qualifications
Agile professional certification preferred
Agile/Scrum certification; experience embedding change gates in CI/CD pipelines.
Demonstrated skill developing policy training materials and cross-team process improvements.
Experience working on USCIS contracts and mission environments
