Job Summary
Position Title: Travel RN Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool
Location: Hyannis MA 02601
Type: Contract
Shift: Day/Night 312.5 hrs
Travel Pay Range: $63$67/hr
Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced RN to provide high-quality care across multiple Med/Surg Telemetry units. Responsibilities include patient assessment medication administration monitoring documentation and supporting ancillary staff. The RN ensures safe effective care while upholding professional and hospital standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
Current MA RN license & BLS certification
Recent acute care Med/Surg experience (within 2 years)
Strong communication skills
Must pass pharmacology and arrhythmia competency exams
Preferred:
BSN ACLS telemetry experience
Specialized certifications per unit (e.g. cardiac oncology surgical orthopedic)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe effective patient care using the nursing process
Perform ongoing assessments and maintain accurate documentation
Serve as a resource for staff and demonstrate charge nurse competency
Participate in quality safety and professional development initiatives
Support hospital standards and patient-centered care
