Role Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development quality assurance and supply chain to ensure seamless manufacturing of commercial chillers
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes
Monitor and evaluate manufacturing performance through testing and analysis making necessary adjustments to meet production goals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends regulations and best practices related to safety and manufacturing
Provide technical support and training to production staff on equipment testing and product build
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and sustainability
Analyze current process to identify and mitigate ergonomic risk
Design flexible workstations to efficiently respond to fluctuating seasonal demand
Basic Qualifications:
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelors degree or Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Engineering Management or Electrical Engineering
Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-driven and proactive in communication and meeting deadlines
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
