Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development quality assurance and supply chain to ensure seamless manufacturing of commercial chillers

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes

  • Monitor and evaluate manufacturing performance through testing and analysis making necessary adjustments to meet production goals

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends regulations and best practices related to safety and manufacturing

  • Provide technical support and training to production staff on equipment testing and product build

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and sustainability

  • Analyze current process to identify and mitigate ergonomic risk

  • Design flexible workstations to efficiently respond to fluctuating seasonal demand

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelors degree or Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Engineering Management or Electrical Engineering

  • Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Self-driven and proactive in communication and meeting deadlines

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
