Data Analyst / BI Developer / ETL Developer

Overview:
Support clinical and operational decision-making by developing dashboards ETL pipelines and analytical reports relied on by nursing leadership and executive teams.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI Tableau Sigma) for clinical quality KPIs (e.g. falls CAUTI pressure injuries) staffing and financial performance.
Develop SQL queries ETL pipelines and data models; ensure data integrity across Epic Clarity/Caboodle and other source systems.
Produce executive-level reports (CNO/C-suite) and present insights to clinical and operational stakeholders.
Clean consolidate and validate fragmented data from EHR HR and operational systems.
Document data definitions and support data governance metadata and data quality initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Strong SQL proficiency and experience with BI platforms (Power BI Tableau Sigma).
Hands-on experience with healthcare datasets (Epic Clarity/Caboodle ADT clinical events revenue cycle).
3 years building dashboards ETL pipelines and analytical models.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with clinical operational and technical teams.
