Overview
Due to growth a dynamic physical therapy clinic in Lincoln California is seeking a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position. Full-time is preferred with up to forty hours per week available. Part-time candidates with a minimum of sixteen hours over two weekdays are also considered. This position offers a potential path to clinic ownership for interested candidates.

The ideal candidate is personable with strong communication skills. New graduate Physical Therapists will receive support and mentorship.

Caseload and Patient Population
The Physical Therapist hired will work in an outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients of all ages with a general orthopedic caseload.

Full-time Physical Therapists typically treat twenty patients per ten-hour day. Opportunities to develop a specialty or earn certifications are encouraged and supported. Clinicians interested in clinic ownership are especially encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for full-time positions ranges from one hundred thousand to one hundred twenty thousand dollars per year depending on experience with potential for additional productivity-based earnings.

Work Schedule
The clinic is open Monday through Friday. No weekends or major holidays.

Job Requirements

  • Eligible for California state licensure as a Physical Therapist

  • Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

  • New graduates supported and mentored
