Job Summary
Allinterno del ristorante si occupa di:
gestire la mise en place
accogliere la clientela
sbarazzare la sala pulire e mantenere lordine
supportare lo Chef de Rang nella gestione operativa del servizio di sala nel rispetto degli standard e delle procedure HACCP
Inside the restaurant deals with:
manage the mise en place
welcome guests
clean and maintain the order
support the Chef de Rang in the operational management of the hall service in compliance with thestandards production procedures and HACCP standards in force
Qualifications :
Ottima conoscenza dellitaliano e buona conoscenza di inglese e francese
Esperienza di almeno un anno maturata in hotel 4*/5* ristoranti gourmet Relais & Châteaux
Completano il profilo capacità organizzative comunicazione orientamento al cliente e collaborazione
Excellent knowledge of Italian good knowledge of English and French
at least one year of experience gained in 4*/5* hotels gourmet restaurants Relais & Châteaux
Completes the profile: organizational skills communication customer orientation and collaboration
