Commercial remodeling and roofing contractor operating across Central Indiana with an expanding commercial division.

Job Info:

Manage commercial roofing and exterior remodeling projects from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate schedules materials crews subcontractors budgets and change orders while working closely with sales field teams and finance to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.

Requirements:

3 years experience in commercial construction project management
Experience managing commercial roofing and siding projects
Strong scheduling budgeting and team coordination skills
