Your Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone email and chat in French

Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Resolve issues and guide users with provided solutions

Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Language Requirements
Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)

08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)

Days off: Sunday 1 rotational day per week
