Job Summary

Position Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Chatham MA 02633
Job Type: Contract Day Shift 58s
Pay Range: $50$56/hr

Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based care for adult and pediatric patients. The therapist evaluates patients develops individualized treatment plans administers therapeutic interventions monitors progress and collaborates with the care team to optimize functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations set functional goals and create personalized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic interventions and reassess progress to modify care plans as needed.
Document treatments educate patients and families and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Support train and guide Physical Therapist Assistants aides and students; serve as a clinical resource when applicable.
Ensure compliance with policies safety standards infection control and quality initiatives.
Maintain patient records and participate in professional development programs.
Perform additional duties to support departmental operations.

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current BLS certification.
Strong communication skills in English.
Advanced Clinical Specialist role requires specialty certification and additional responsibilities in program planning and staff mentorship.
