Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and driven Country Manager for Thailand to lead market development and business expansion across the this senior role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of local operations: executing go-to-market strategies building and managing relationships with partners and key stakeholders ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance and driving growth and profitability. You will coordinate cross-functionally with global teams on marketing sales compliance and operations to deliver tailored solutions for the Thai market while aligning with global objectives.
What You Bring
- Fluency in English and ideally proficiency in Thai; strong communication negotiation and leadership skills
- Significant experience in business development market management or senior leadership roles preferably with prior exposure to emerging or international markets
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends adapt strategies and navigate complex regulatory and cultural environments
- Strong organizational skills autonomy and capability to lead cross-functional teams toward shared goals
- Results-driven mindset with strategic thinking and stakeholder-management experience
