Job Summary

Requirements:

3 to 5 years experience in dealer or high end vehicles.
Good Arabic and English communication skill required.
Good knowledge in auto body repairs and parts.
Preferably with valid SAR driving license.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain customer records and enter data in computer databases.
