We are actively looking for a Despatch General Operator to join our team.
Working week Monday Friday 7am to 4 pm.
What to expect in the job
- Scanning and wrapping boxes from Production
- Moving pallets with a Pow Pallet Truck
- Moving and scanning stock from the Boning hall
- Ensure H&S standards are carried out at all times
- Keep the working area clean and tidy
- General warehouse duties
- Always ensure controlling movement of trays and pallets
Requirements
What we need from you
- Previous food production or manufacturing experience is highly beneficial but not essential
- Power Pallet Truck experience is beneficial but training will be provided
- Each candidate must be of good character hardworking and self-driven
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to use your own initiative
- Be flexible with working hours
- Willingness to learn and assist with additional tasks as needed
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail
