Job Description
La tua opportunità:
Attraverso un percorso formativo in stage entrerai a far parte del reparto Decorazione della nostra Manifattura affiancando la Responsabile della Sezione Applicazione. Durante il periodo di formazione avrai lopportunità di apprendere le tecniche artigianali per lapplicazione manuale delle decalcomanie su porcellana contribuendo alla realizzazione dei nostri decori.
Come contribuirai:
- Acquisirai conoscenza dei decori Ginori 1735 e dei relativi standard di qualità che li contraddistinguono;
- Imparerai le tecniche di applicazione manuale delle decalcomanie su prodotti in porcellana di diverse forme dimensioni e pattern;
- Approfondirai le tecniche di marcatura di riferimento e lutilizzo degli strumenti specifici del mestiere.
Chi sei:
- Possiedi un percorso formativo in campo artistico;
- Dimostri comprovate capacità manuali e di precisione;
- Hai una spiccata attenzione al dettaglio e capacità di osservazione;
- Mostri predisposizione e interesse per i processi produttivi industriali in serie e lutilizzo di macchinari;
- Sei incline alla risoluzione dei problemi con approccio pratico;
- Ti distingui per spirito di collaborazione e predisposizione al lavoro in team.
