Job Summary
Your mission
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Service Department as an HR Specialist. Curious about what this role entails Lets dive in:
- Act as the go-to HR resource for the Service Department and provide front-line support to teams across EMEA.
- Partner with local HRBPs to ensure operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle including onboarding offboarding and policy review.
- Support strategic HR planning for headcount employee satisfaction and department stability.
- Collaborate with team leads to understand their needs improve performance and address pain points.
- Lead and execute HR-related projects such as training initiatives and process improvements.
Your profile
- 1 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or Specialist; experience with Workday or similar HR systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of German employment practices; familiarity with other European markets is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to measure progress.
- A proactive flexible and structured approach; independent results-oriented and detail-focused.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Language skills: English and German at C1 level; other European languages or Chinese are a plus.
