Financial Administrator (Danish-speaking)

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS provider serving the hospitality industry with a mission to make hotel stays seamless and enjoyable. Their platform creates a digital guest channel allowing visitors to manage their stayfrom check-in to check-outwithout waiting in queues. Hotels benefit from higher operational efficiency increased revenue opportunities and an enhanced guest experience.
The company operates across Sweden and Denmark with a small energetic team (around 7 employees) and ambitious growth plans. They value innovation flexibility and service excellence and are looking for team members who thrive in a dynamic environment.
REGION
Part-time role: 23 days per week
Based in Stockholm with occasional trips to Denmark
TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position you will work on the following (not limited to):
Manage supplier payments and customer invoicing (currently manual moving toward automation).
Coordinate with accountants in Sweden and Denmark for payroll and reporting.
Oversee credit collection and collaborate with Customer Service to improve processes.
Support other administrative tasks including BI reporting for customers.
Drive improvements and automation in financial workflows.
PROFILE
Language: Fluency in Danish and English required; Swedish is a plus.
Experience in financial administration and process improvement.
Familiarity with tools such as Hubspot Corpay Fortnox Economic Farpay and Google Workspace.
Service-oriented proactive and comfortable in a small fast-paced team.
Bonus: Experience in hospitality or SaaS environments.
Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team culture.
SALARY / RECRUITMENT PROCESS
