About You
You are a well-rounded Full-Stack Developer capable of efficiently juggling multiple tasks. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for clean and orderly code.You enjoy sharing your experience knowledge and working cooperatively to usher ideas from conception to execution.

The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule: you will work one day per week onsite and four days remote. Compensation includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE Plan 310) for you and your dependents reimbursement for eligible wellness activities English lessons global and local events participation and much more!

Drive new web initiatives - own the development of small marketing key projects related to the AppDirect website that demonstrably impact the business;
Be successful - thrive in a performance-driven team where innovation and agility are prized and your success can be measured in the companys bottom line;
Ownership - be responsible for maintaining expanding and scaling the website;
Execute - deliver work assigned by the due date and participate in the teams code review process;
Commit to Quality - QA your work prior to the code review process;
Communicate - with key stakeholders and present your work to the Marketing organization with a concise meaningful narrative;
Lead - evaluate emerging technology and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.

What were looking for

At least 2 years of experience with full stack development;
Understanding of how to create accessible and maintainable React components;
Extensive experience with responsive web development;
Ability to collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to ensure the final product aligns with their vision and goals;
Commitment to QA with experience in cross-browser and accessibility testing;
2 years of experience as a React/ developer;
2 years of experience with NodeJS/Typescript
Experience with SQL/Database Management (MySQL PostgreSQL or similar databases);
Proficiency in version control using Git;
Familiarity with GraphQL query language;
Understanding of headless CMS behavior.
