Job Summary
Senior PM - Civil Engineering (Municipal)
We are looking for civil Engineer to work on municipal projects. Our municipal projects primarily focus on is on water and sewer utilities and may also include stormwater management watershed planning road and sidewalk design parks and trails public works facilities stream restoration environmental restoration and parking lots/structures. Our municipal engineers also serve as Engineers of Record for special-purpose districts or designated City Engineers for local municipalities and assist municipal clients on an on-call basis.
Responsibilities:
- Hasthe ability to successfully manage projects for budget and schedule and adjust work effort to ensure work is completed.
- Exhibit strong project management skills including the ability to develop scopes of work schedules and budgets while effectively coordinating staff and sub-consultants to ensure project success.
- Reviews design and production deliverables ensuring industry standard of care and compliance with standards and policies.
- Organizes workflow and ensures that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Mentor teach and help develop a successful career path for employees.
Requirements:
- BS - Civil Engineering
- Oregon State PE License
- Ten plus years of experience in Civil Engineering as a PE
