MISSION STATEMENT

SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Safely transport medication to dispensaries
- Must have a thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure full compliance by all department staff.
- Execute all deliveries on time andcommunicatingany delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensary.
- Follow allrulesof the road.
- Ensureall vehicles are clean and properlymaintained.
- Complete all necessary paperwork (checklist rejection sheet)
- Communicate with packaging and salesdepartmentto resolve product issues.
- Work in the packaging department as needed.
- Develop positive relationships with dispensaries.
- Excellent customer service timemanagementand organization skills
- Responsible for overseeing the driving team to ensure compliance in all aspects of business.
- Point of contact for other departments as it relates to service deliveries order changes product transfers freight deliveries etc.
- Assistwith monitoring and reporting route progress safe driving and maintenance through route tracking software.
- Assistwith van maintenance and service schedules.
- Train new employees ontransportationSOPs and protocols.
- Trainemployeeshow to send detailed rejectionemailto Leadership team and ensure that drivers are sending rejectionemailin a timely manner.
- Train employees to reconcile rejected items by offering tamper seals and replacementBioTracklabels to dispensary personnel.
- Trainemployeeshow to read deliverymanifestand how toidentifythe correct product.
- Ensure all employees understand the importance of theaccurateproduct count and how inaccurate product counts can affect the delivery.
- Lead product transfers byutilizingmaterial handler team and accepting/releasing manifests inBiotrack.
- POC for vendors as needed.
- Conduct inventory cycle count audits.
- Lead material handlers in day-to-day activities related tologisticsteam.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years relevant experience in delivery orlogisticsroles preferred
- Proficient with computers including email MSTeamsand MS Excel
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Must pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Report and other necessary onboarding requirements with satisfactoryresults
- Must have flexible schedulein order toaccommodate deliveryroutes
- Ability to read maps and useGPS
- Must be able tolift upto50lbs

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position. Final offer details and future compensation may be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location market compensation data skills experience and other relevant factors. Pay Range
$21.50 - $21.50 USD
