Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient capabilities limitations and rehabilitation needs
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to patient goals
- Deliver targeted therapeutic interventions for physical neurological and developmental rehabilitation
- Facilitate improvements in mobility self-care and daily living skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment progress and patient records
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists speech therapists nurses and physicians
- Educate patients and families on therapy objectives home exercises and adaptive strategies
- Utilize assistive devices adaptive techniques and rehabilitation equipment effectively
Requirements
- Anabin H degree in Occupational Therapy (Indian qualifications preferred due to recognition eligibility)
- Full professional recognition of qualification in Germany (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in occupational therapy
- German language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Demonstrated expertise in rehabilitation therapy planning and patient-centered care
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within team environments

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Physically capable of supporting patients during movement and therapeutic exercises
- Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational abilities
- Prior experience in hospital clinic rehabilitation center or community-based therapy settings
Required Skills:
