ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf ofour client is seeking an Application/ERP Support Specialist.

Working Model: On-site

You will be reporting to: IT Manager

What you will do:

You will be a member of the IT department and you will facilitate the day-to-day business by supporting all the companys functions. You will perform monitoring maintenance and troubleshooting activities on Entersoft ERP.

More specifically you will:

• Ensure the best possible performance quality and responsiveness of the applications and perform the daily tasks assigned

• Provide 1st/2nd level of support in all aspects of application support issues

• Monitor and maintain the companys database and perform appropriate maintenance actions

• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of reported incidents and apply corrective actions (when possible)

• Cooperate with all internal and external stakeholders including the companys business partners

• Coordinate user testing sessions upon the delivery of a new solution

• Coordinate user training sessions based on the companys needs

• A degree in Computer Science or any related field

• Good understanding of finance order management warehouse management & supply chain concepts

• 1 years of experience in Entersoft ERP

• Experience with SQL databases

• Experience in other Entersoft products (CRM WMS etc.) will be highly appreciated

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a team player mentality
