What You Will Do:

• Prepare and revise technical drawings for structures projects
• Develop designs under the supervision of a registered engineer
• Provide work direction to and collaborate with Engineering Technicians engineers in training and other professional staff
• Produce plans evaluations technical details and layouts

What You Will Bring:

• Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology or similar degree from an accredited school
• 2-5 years of experience in structures engineering or related field is preferred but not required
• Work with design packages and softwares such as Microsoft Excel or MathCAD Microstation & AutoCAD
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Understanding of design software
• Understanding of construction plans and technical documents
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic will allow you to excel in this position
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
• Ability to work in posted location
• Work is primarily performed in an office environment with standard office equipment occasional travel or field visits may be required to support
