Job Summary

About the role:
Join Porchlight and make a real difference to people experiencing homelessness. Were looking for a compassionate proactive individual to support entrenched rough sleepers and those with complex needs into Housing First/Housing-Led accommodation and help them sustain tenancies. Youll provide tailored strength-based support working closely with partner agencies to address challenges such as mental health substance misuse and social integration. This is a full-time fixed-term role (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of . If youre adaptable resilient and committed to empowering people to make positive changes wed love to hear from you.

The role requires:

Ability to build trust and provide intensive person-centred support to people with complex needs.
Experience of working with rough sleepers and delivering strength-based interventions.
Strong communication problem-solving and organisational skills with a proactive approach.
Knowledge of safeguarding housing legislation and multi-agency working.

Working pattern: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility required.

Contract type: Fixed Term 1 year
