Job Summary
Information Systems Architect
Need South Carolina Residents Only - Contract - Columbia South Carolina (Hybrid)
Required:
Need South Carolina Residents Only - Contract - Columbia South Carolina (Hybrid)
Required:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or related field.
- 8 years of experience in enterprise software architecture and project leadership.
- 8 years of experience in project leadership
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with State and/or federal compliance requirements (NIST FISMA or similar)
- Experience with Human Services Systems like Child welfare SNAP or TANF
- Understanding of Data Privacy Laws (PII PHI)
- Prior work experience with public sector agencies or government contracts
Specific Skills:
- Enterprise application architecture & solution design
- SDLC leadership (requirements design development UAT deployment)
- SNAP/TANF & Human Services system modernization
- API integration workflow modeling & specification review
- Federal compliance alignment (APD NIST FISMA PII/PHI)
- Cross-team technical leadership (BA QA developers vendors)
- System integration & large-scale application modernization
- Public-sector / government IT experience.
