What will you do
As a Marketing & Sales Controller you are the financial sparring partner for our business in the BENELUX. You provide insights analysis and advice to help us grow together. Your daily tasks include:
- Performing month- quarter- and year-end closings (including SOX key controls)
- Analyzing business performance versus budget and forecast including KPI benchmarking
- Proposing improvement actions focused on trade expenditures and product/customer profitability
- Leading business planning budgeting and forecasting activities
- Reporting financial analyses on P&L balance sheet cash flow order review backlog and KPI dashboards
Your Team
Youll be part of the Electrification Benelux finance team consisting of 9 people. The culture Open social and focused on empowerment. Were looking for doers who take responsibility are honest and collaborate as true team players.
Who are you
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of experience in analytical finance or controlling roles (international environment is a plus)
- Experience with Power BI & accounting (must-have) SAP (nice-to-have)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Proactive accurate independent and solution-oriented
- Willingness to travel within the Benelux
- Comfortable interacting across different organizational levels and acting as a financial sparring partner for the management team
