La tua Opportunità:

All interno del Dipartimento General Services Facilities H&S e Indirect Procurement ti occuperai collaborando con il resto del team e le altre funzioni aziendali delle relazioni con i fornitori di beni e servizi con amministrazioni associazioni di categoria ed enti no-profit.

Come Contribuirai:

Supporto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione:

• Attività di comunicazione inerenti la salute e sicurezza sul luogo di lavoro nonché le iniziative ambientali
• Gestione delle visite mediche della redazione di registri nonché nellaggiornamento degli stessi
• Aggiornamento della documentazione H&S

Supporto ad iniziative di sostenibilità/solidarietà/eventi aziendali:

• Attività in collaborazione con diverse associazioni/enti no-profit
• Gestione dei rapporti e organizzazione delle iniziative concordate

Supporto alle attività di General Services Facilities e Indirect Procurement:

• Redigendo appositi report sulle attività del Dipartimento attraverso lacquisizione delle informazioni da parte delle diverse aree coinvolte
• Supportando le funzioni nella selezione e qualificazione di nuovi fornitori di beni e servizi
• Predisponendo opportuna reportistica e preparando la conseguente campagna di comunicazione interna ed esterna riguardante le iniziative di sostenibilità intraprese dal Dipartimento
• Collaborando con le funzioni nellimplementazione dei rapporti con le associazioni di categoria le amministrazioni gli enti nonché con le pari funzioni interne al Gruppo Kering

Chi sei:

• Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
• Esperienze pregresse di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi
• Ottime capacità gestione coordinamento di stakeholders interni ed esterni all organizzazione
• Ottime capacità organizzative e di coordinamento di molteplici progetti contemporaneamente
• Utilizzo avanzato pacchetto Office
• Ottime capacità comunicative
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Sei iscritto alle liste del collocamento mirato
