Job Summary

As part of a global workforce solutions group we are continuing strong local and national growth and are now welcoming a Business Development Manager to join our expanding Victoria team.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales and client management professional who thrives in building relationships driving business growth and delivering exceptional service. You will work closely with a dynamic recruitment team to achieve shared goals while developing new business across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships across Victoria.
  • Drive strategic sales initiatives to exceed financial and performance targets.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to support client needs and branch growth.
  • Provide sales reports market insights and territory updates.
  • Negotiate pricing contracts and service agreements.
  • Maintain high service standards manage inbound enquiries and consistently meet KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities within key blue-collar sectors including labour hire manufacturing engineering mining construction and industrial trades.

About You

  • Proven 360 recruitment labour hire or blue-collar industry experience.
  • Strong sales background with a track record of growing client bases.
  • Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused professional and consultative in your approach.
  • Motivated autonomous and enthusiastic with strong influencing skills.
  • Good understanding of WHS processes CRM systems and service delivery standards.
  • Team player with a high level of presentation and work ethic.
